本课题的目标是研制一个输出功率为40w的225 450mhz的线性功率放大器。由于该功放要求输出功率大，工作频带宽，带内增益波动小，线性度高，所以其终合设计难度大。鉴于这个原因，在理论设计上笔者采用了宽带匹配、功率合成、功率回退、负反馈、自动功率控制等技术；在实践中精心设计电路，并且配合eda软件仿真，最终达到所要求的指标。
